What is Inspection Levels?

Level 2 adds a video scope and is required after a property transfer, a system change, or any hazardous event such as a chimney fire, lightning, or an earthquake. Level 3 is invasive, opening walls or the chase, and is used when concealed damage is suspected after a Level 2.
